Research Interests
Thomas’ research focuses on supporting decision makers in formulating a reasonable benefit/risk versus cost trade-off under the consideration of multiple objectives when making investment decisions. He is currently working in the field of Digital Agriculture with the aim of improving the resilience and sustainability of the sector by the use of digital technologies.
Bio
Thomas received a Master of Science in Business Informatics from the University of Vienna, a Master of Science and a PhD in Computer Science from TU Wien. He published 90+ papers (including two patents) in refereed journals and at international conferences and supervised 100+ diploma and bachelor thesis.
