Bio
He received a master´s degree in Information Management and Computer Security from the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Vienna and a bachelor´s degree in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Vienna. He holds a law degree from the Federal University from Rio de Janeiro.
