Research Interests
Johannes’ recent research interests include cross-domain, interdisciplinary research topics such as the use of information technologies for improving the management and optimization of conventional and organic farming systems and the applicability and implementation of decision support systems to improve energy consumption and environmental factors on the building as well as on the regional/urban levels, more specifically to identify and process physical, environmental and (human) behavioural data, and to derive optimization potential concerning energy consumption and sustainability using robust scientific computational models and mechanisms. Other research interests include privacy-enhancing technologies, in particular pseudonymization, and automated de-identification.
Bio
Johannes received his master’s degree and PhD in Business Informatics from TU Wien.
