Attack/Defense CTF Day @ European Cyber Security Challenge
From September 13-16, 2022, the European Cyber Security Challenge took place in Vienna, Austria. The ECSC is the culmination of cyber security challenges in European countries, with all participating countries striving to send the best security talents to the ECSC finals. With over 30 participating teams, `the attack/defense capture the flag´ day is the premier class of security competitions. SBA Research´ Georg Merzdovnik and Michael Pucher took part in the creation of this year´s attack/defense CTF, which was themed around a dystopian future, in a world destroyed by climate change, with people seeking refuge in the Austrian alps.
