Research Interests
Klaus’ research interests evolve around the application of discrete mathematics in various scientific fields, including disaster research, control system security, Internet of Things and security management.
His recent publications concern the combinatorial modelling of man-made and natural disasters, as well as their impact on critical IT infrastructure.
Area of Responsibility
From 2014 to 2019, Klaus worked as a research project manager at SBA Research, primarily in applied security research in close collaboration with SBA’s partner network (academic and company). In 2020, he joined the MATRIS Research Group of SBA Research and has since been a member of the DefSys Team.
Bio
Klaus is currently studying Electrical Engineering and Information Technology with a focus on Biomedical Engineering at the TU Wien.
