The Crypto Valley Conference 2021 took place from October 28 – November 5 2021 in a hybrid version. Nicholas Stifter presented his short paper “What is Meant by Permissionless Blockchains?”.
Description of the event
The Crypto Valley Conference on Blockchain Technology (CVCBT) brings together leading academics, start-ups and established companies to discuss the state-of-the-art and latest developments surrounding Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies. This year was the fourth installment of the conference, boasting a wide range of international speakers that provided interesting insights into this rapidly evolving ecosystem. A particularly hot topic are so called Non-Fungible Tokens, which have garnered a lot of interest recently. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic the conference was held in a hybrid fashion with both, physical and virtual attendance.
