Bio
Konstantin is currently working towards his doctorate in computers and law from the University of Vienna. Konstantin earned a diploma in law from the University of Vienna and the Università degli Studi „La Sapienza“ (Rome, Italy) in 2008. He is a member of the Vienna Centre for Legal Informatics.
